Before You Rent View our catalogue online or head into the Re:PARTY room to see what items would be great for your next event!
Next, fill out page 1 of the Rental Form and bring it to the checkout at Re:MADE.
Forms can be viewed and downloaded below and also found in on a shelf inside the door of the Re:PARTY room.
Each item has a SKU number and price assigned to it. You'll find those on the inventory spreadsheet, where items are grouped by category.
Please read the back of the form and sign the rental agreement.
A Re:MADE checkout volunteer will confirm the form is completely filled out, fill in any remaining prices, and collect your deposit. Complete payment is due at the time of pick-up.
On the Day of Pick-up Go to checkout at Re:Made and let them know you are ready to pick up your rental. If you'd like to be sure it's ready when you arrive, give a call to the store before you head down. We will do our best to have it ready when you arrive.
After Your Event Return your items in the boxes or packages they were rented in. Once items are returned, the security deposit will be returned within 24 hours. If you have paid cash, a check will be mailed. If you paid with debit or credit, a refund will be issued by the Re:MADE checkout volunteer. Please note:
If an item is missing or broken, you will be charged $100 of the retail value of each item.
If a renter cancels the order, a $20 charge is kept for orders under $100 or 20% for rentals over $100.
