Event Details
Vendors join Anchorage re:MADE for one Saturday per month in the summer to sell products and have fun. We have spaces in our parking lot to host a variety of direct sales, garage sale items, and homemade items, as well as food in our cafe and at the coffee bar. It is always a huge event weekend and we have so much fun meeting and getting to know the vendors and their customers. The 2018 dates for the re:MADE Markets are May 19th • June 16th • July 21st• August 18th 10 AM - 4 PM! Booth Information We have 5'x5' booths available both inside and outside for $25. We also have outdoor only spots that are 10'x10' for $50. No vendor can sell items that event officials determine to be offensive or controversial. Outdoor booths do not include tables, chairs, tents or electricity. Any special accommodations must be requested no later than 14 days prior to the event date (pending availability). No vendor can take down their booth space before 4pm on the day of the event unless approved by re:MADE staff. Vendors are not permitted to have sound in their booths. Each vendor is required by the fire marshal to have a fire extinguisher in their booth. Please be setup by 9:45 AM on the day of the Market approximately 15 minutes before the show opening. Cancellations are not allowed. If you are unable to make it, it will be up to you to find a replacement. Otherwise your fee can reserve a spot for a future event (re:MADE Market, Ladies Night, etc.). Vendors are allowed to share booth space. Anchorage re:MADE does not facilitate booth sharing. Vendors understand and acknowledge that Anchorage re:MADE, its staff, volunteers and affiliates are in no way responsible for damage to property, bodily injury, or theft of merchandise. Vendors are encouraged to not leave merchandise unattended. Vendors understand that there is no staff or security to supervise the safety of displays or products. Anchorage re:MADE is aiming to have a diverse pool of vendors, so you may be put on a waiting list in the event that we have too much of a certain type of product. Also, we allow one vendor per product line for direct sales per event. |
