We are launching a huge initiative to raise a million dollars to payoff our land contract. By doing this we will become sustainable and be able to repair/upgrade our building, create more entrepreneur programs, design and implement additional programs for individuals with barriers to employment, keep more things out of the landfill and become a driving force for entrepreneurs and eco-friendly sustainability. This will take a village to reach this goal. Large and small donations from individuals, families, companies, corporations, foundations - if we each do what we can we will reach this goal. Possible interest free loans, individuals who will request a fundraising kit to reach a portion of the goal, Corporations choosing eco-friendly and supporting our sustainable vision, reoccurring monthly gifts that will strengthen and transform the future of entrepreneurs and those with barriers to employment. This is a huge undertaking and we would love you to join us in reaching for something so big - we could only do this together.

Our History |
In 2015, Anchorage re:MADE become a nonprofit. We rented our building for the first 3 years. In 2018, we purchased our 1.4M building at a 30 year land contract renewable every 3 years, with $10,000 down. Each month through the generous donations [tips at the end of each sale] our customers and volunteers have supported the idea of paying off our land contract and saving interest. Each month we have paid additional on our land contract principal, with our highest extra payment being $2,847, most months averaging $1,500 In 2020, we renewed our land contract from a 30 year to a 20 year. We now have the opportunity to completely pay off the land contract by September 2025.
