At our nonprofit, we specialize in assessing homes and businesses to salvage valuable items and prevent unnecessary waste from ending up in landfills. A "pack out" refers to a situation where a significant number of items need to be collected from a location. This often requires multiple team members and potentially more than one day to complete. To kickstart this eco-friendly process, we ask for a donation of $50 to cover the evaluation. This contribution not only helps us determine if we can fulfill your request but also ensures we have everything in place for a seamless operation. Once the evaluation is complete and a contract is signed, we'll set a date to commence the work. In addition, the property owner commits to covering the costs of truck rental and Solid Waste Service Dump fees, which are calculated precisely through scale measurements. Rest assured, all salvaged items find a second life with us at re:MADE, and you'll receive a tax receipt for your generous donation.
