SEEKING ARTISTS, MAKERS, UNIQUE VENDORS, PRODUCE VENDORS & MUSICIANS Please read over the details below and fill out an application below. Vendor Information We have a limited number 5'x5' spaces available both inside upstairs [$20] and outside [$40]. We also have outdoor spots that are 12'x12' for $75. No vendor can sell items that event officials determine to be offensive or controversial. Outdoor booths do not include tables, chairs, tents or electricity. Please be prepared to bring your own. Any special accommodations must be requested no later than 14 days prior to the event date (pending availability). No vendor can take down their booth space before 5 pm on the day of the event. Vendors are not permitted to have sound in their booths. Each vendor is required by the fire marshall to have a fire extinguisher in their booth. Vendors are expected to be set up by 9:45 AM on the day of the Market. Cancellations are not allowed no refunds, store credit only upon approval. Vendors are allowed to share booth space. Anchorage re:MADE does not facilitate booth sharing. Vendors understand and acknowledge that Anchorage re:MADE, its staff, volunteers and affiliates are in no way responsible for damage to property, bodily injury, or theft of merchandise. Vendors are encouraged to not leave merchandise unattended. Vendors understand that there is no staff or security to supervise the safety of displays or products. Anchorage re:MADE is aiming to have a diverse pool of vendors, so you may be put on a waiting list in the event that we have too much of a certain type of product. |
