Anchorage re:MADE Store.
Would offer neighbors and volunteers a retail location to work together to remake and repurpose items that are donated and sell good quality items at affordable prices. This would also serve as a income generating source for Love INC to serve more neighbors.
Where could you serve?

Anchorage re:MADE was invited to have a table at the Municipality of Anchorage Solid Waste Services Open House tomorrow, September 27th at 1111 E. 56th Avenue from 11 am - 3 pm.
Stop in and say Hi to Patti and McKenzie as they host the re:MADE table.
What a great meeting: Thank you to everyone who came out last week to the Anchorage re:MADE intro meeting. We need each of you to spread the word about the re:MADE store - please consider sharing this email with those in you know who might be interested in this exciting start-up.

The results of the intro meeting held were to "move forward". 6 churches, 2 non-profits and 1 college was represented. $395 was received and one pledge of $20 per month.
We currently have volunteers who will:
pray - 8
remake things - 6
serve on Leadership Team - 5
help find a building - 1
rent a booth - 1
all other tasks - 23
Please pray that God will provide this month:
- $105 by month end
- 5 people to give $35 for used shopping cards that have become available
- Someone to host a re:MADE party to paint furniture and remake things
- People interested in helping find a building or some good leads
- Someone to serve as volunteer coordinator
